L'additif selon la présente invention permet d'utiliser des quantités de colorants très faibles tout en obtenant une intensité colorante satisfaisante, si bien que la quantité de colorant ingérée par le consommateur avec la boisson est limitée. La présente invention a également pour objets l'utilisation de cet additif pour fabriquer des glaçons, une gamme d'additifs de couleurs différentes, des sachets à glaçons en matière plastique contenant l'additif colorant, un procédé de fabrication de glaçons et les glaçons contenant cet additif.
