The present invention relates to feed efficiency measurement system and method. The feed efficiency measurement system includes information collecting devices installed in respective animal rooms of each farm and a central control device measuring efficiency of feed using data received from the information collecting devices and providing the same. Each of the information collecting device collects temperature/humidity information of the animal room, feed intake amount information, water drink amount information, and animal weight information, and provides the collected information to the central control device. The central control device calculates and provides a feed efficiency, a feed conversion rate, a daily weight gain for a preset measurement period of time.
