PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky-type rice transplanter with ground-making rotors which can obtain a stable land leveling effect and can appropriately perform ground making in headlands or in places near the headlands, where farm fields readily become waste, and can improve planting accuracy.SOLUTION: A sulky-type rice transplanter is provided with: a rotor state changeover function for automatically raising rotors (27a, 27b) to place the rotors (27a, 27b) in a storage state when a seedling planting part (4) moves up and a control switchover function for switching between a state in which the rotor state changeover function works and a state in which the rotor state changeover function does not work.
