PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce risk of unnecessary misoperation, etc., in an action of a lift-relating working device constituted to work linked with lifting and lowering motion of a planting or sowing device.
SOLUTION: The working state of the lift-relating working device is set different between the upper side and the lower side of a preset height position H2 during lifting and lowering work and to keep the working state to be the same in a lifting step and a lowering step in the lifting and lowering process at a side lower than the preset height position H2, based on the lifting or lowering direction of the planting or sowing device and decision result which the planting and sowing device is positioned above or below the preset height position H2, so that the preset height position H2 is changeable.
