PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogen-containing water that contains high-concentration hydrogen gas, and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A method of producing hydrogen-containing water includes: a hydrogen gas supply step of introducing hydrogen gas into water to be treated drawn from a storage tank; a pressurizing and mixing step of pressurizing and mixing the water to be treated into which the hydrogen gas has been introduced to obtain gas-liquid mixed water; a collapse step of collapsing the gas-liquid mixed water to obtain hydrogen-containing water containing microbubbles; and a return step of returning the hydrogen-containing water having undergone the collapse step to the storage tank. While circulating the hydrogen-containing water in the storage tank as the water to be treated, the respective steps are repeatedly performed to obtain hydrogen-containing water which generates hydrogen gas in an amount of 15 ppm (W/V) in 2.35 ml of a gas phase when 300 ml of the hydrogen-containing water is irradiated with ultrasonic waves of 20 kHz and 100 W for 30 minutes.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】高濃度の水素ガスを含有する水素含有水及びその製造方法を提供する。 【解決手段】貯留タンクから引き出した被処理水に水素ガスを導入する水素ガス供給工程と、水素ガスを導入された被処理水を加圧攪拌して気液混合水とする加圧攪拌工程と、前記気液混合水を圧壊して微細気泡を含む水素含有水にする圧壊工程と、該圧壊工程を経た水素含有水を前記貯留タンクに戻す返送工程とを含み、前記貯留タンクの水素含有水を前記被処理水として循環させて、前記各工程を繰り返し行うことにより、水素含有水300mlに対して、20KHz、100Wの超音波を30分照射することにより2.35mlの気相中に発生する水素ガス量が15ppm(W/V)以上である水素含有水を得る。【選択図】なし
