PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop valve which enables water stored in a water storage tank to be supplied to a feed water tank repeatedly at constant time intervals in constant water amounts without using electric power or machines.SOLUTION: The water stop valve is disposed in a feed water tank (24b) in which a liquid is retained and an outlet (22) is formed at the lower end.
