The objective of the invention is to provide a device and a process for obtaining substrates that are virtually sterile in sanitary terms. To this effect, the device according to the invention comprises: - a first generator of enzymatic catalysis arranged according to the format of a flat microfiltration module comprising an inlet (1) and an outlet (5) and consisting of a successive and alternating stack of support plates (2) capable of supporting membranes, and of membranes (3), these plates (2) and these membranes (3) being squeezed between the two end plates of a filter press, the faces of the support plates (2) comprising grooves which facilitate the turbulence of the fluids and the collection of the filtrate - a second generator of electromagnetic fields, comprising at least one magnet, either in the form of plates or cartridges producing constant magnetic fields, or a solenoid electromagnet producing pulsed magnetic fields, said first and second generators being configured so as to produce in combination, in particular simultaneously or sequentially, liquid or gas flows of ionized transition molecules and/or of free chemical radicals.Linvention a pour objectif de fournir un dispositif et un procédé permettant dobtenir des substrats pratiquement stériles sur le plan sanitaire. A cet effet, le dispositif selon linvention comprend : - un premier générateur de catalyse enzymatique agencé selon le format dun module plan de microfiltration comportant une entrée (1 ) et une sortie (5) et est constitué dun empilement successif et alterné de plaques de support (2) aptes à supporter des membranes, et de membranes (3), ces plaques (2) et ces membranes (3) étant serrées entre les deux plateaux terminaux dun filtre presse, les faces des plaques de support (2) comportant des rainures facilitant la turbulence des fluides et la collecte du filtrat. - un deuxième générateur de champs électromagnétiques, comprenant au moins un aimant soit sous forme de plaques ou de cartouches
