PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing functional drink is provided to improve hangover curing function by manufacturing fermented liquid with fermented persimmon after manufacturing the aged and fermented persimmons with natural fermenting enzyme. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing functional drink comprises the following steps: manufacturing persimmon concentrate by vacuum concentrating peeled persimmon in conditions of -720mmHg and 50 ~ 70°；C； manufacturing fermented persimmon liquid by compressing and filtering the fermented persimmon after applying natural fermenting enzyme on the persimmon； and agitating purified water, the persimmon concentrate, the fermented persimmon liquid, high fructose corn syrup, natural extract powder, functional additive and flavor in a mixed container.본 발명은 숙취해소 기능을 갖는 기능성음료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 감농축액, 발효곶감액을 준비하고, 정제수에 상기 감농축액 및 발효곶감액, 액상과당, 천연추출분말, 기능성첨가제, 향료를 혼합하여 되는 숙취해소 기능을 갖는 기능성음료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 고형질로만 식용되어지는 곶감을 천연과실, 곡류 및 해조류 등을 발효시켜 얻어지는 천연발효효소를 이용하여 발효숙성시켜 발효곶감을 제조하고, 이를 이용하여 기능성 음료로 제조하여 고가의 기능성 음료의 제공으로 농가소득을 높여주고, 또한, 본 발명에서는 천연발효효소를 이용하여 곶감을 발효, 숙성시킴으로써, 기호성, 심미성 등이 우수한 기능성 음료를 제공하며, 천연과실, 곡류 및 해조류 등에 함유되어 있는 각종 영양소가 곶감에 부가되어 있어, 음용시 숙취해소, 피로회복 등의 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
