PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taste improver for a sweetener having high sweetness, capable of effectively suppressing characteristic disagreeable aftertaste and taste of the sweetener having high sweetness without changing original taste and flavor of foods, drinks or oral hygiene products.
SOLUTION: The taste improver contains a ginger extract and one or more substances selected from caraway oil, peppermint tail oil, cardamom oil, nutmeg extract and hop oil.
