The present disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising two tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs), namely ceritinib and an EGFR inhibitor. The combination can be administered independently or separately in amounts that are therapeutically effective in the treatment of TKI-mediated diseases such as cancer.
