PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition n containing ceritinib and an EGFR inhibitor. SOLUTION: Ceritinib and the EGFR inhibitor can be administered independently or separately in co-therapeutically effective amounts for the treatment of tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) mediated diseases, eg, cancer. Also provided are the use of such combinations for the manufacture of a medicament, the use of such combinations as medicines, kits of parts comprising such combinations, and methods of treatment of such combinations.
