A physiological information transmission notification system includes a physiological information measuring device and a mobile device. The mobile device includes a wireless receiving module, a control device and a speaker. The wireless receiving module is configured to wirelessly communicate with the wireless transmission module of the physiological information measuring device. The control device is electrically connected to the wireless receiving module and stores voice data of a plurality of pre-established pens. The control device is further configured to restore the wireless signal of the physiological information measuring device to the physiological information, and generate a voice signal according to the physiological information and the voice data.
