A physiological signal detecting apparatus for combing with a wrist-mounted device is disclosed. The wrist-mounted device includes a body and a wrist band which connects with the body. The physiological signal detecting apparatus includes a substrate, a detector and an elastic band. The substrate includes a first fixing portion and second fixing portion which are opposite to each other and separated by a distance. The detector is disposed on the substrate and used for detecting physiological signal. The elastic band includes a first end and a second end.
