Cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition (A), comprises, in a medium, a dispersion comprising vesicles formed by lipidic lamellar phases comprising at least a amphiphilic lipid and at least a ceramide (a), in an external aqueous phase and encapsulating an internal aqueous phase, where the: dispersion comprises hyaluronic acid and/or its derivatives in the external aqueous phase and/or the internal aqueous phase; and composition is in a form suitable for administration by injection. Cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition (A), comprises, in a medium, a dispersion comprising vesicles formed by lipidic lamellar phases comprising at least a amphiphilic lipid and/or at least a ceramide of formula (R 1>;-CHOH-CH(NR 3>;-C(=O)-R 2>;)-R 4>;) (a), in an external aqueous phase and encapsulating an internal aqueous phase, where the: dispersion comprises hyaluronic acid and/or its derivatives in the external aqueous phase and/or the internal aqueous phase; and composition is in a form suitable for administration by injection. R1 : H or optionally saturated 1-21C hydrocarbyl, optionally mono or polyhydroxylated; R2 : optionally saturated 1-30C hydrocarbyl (optionally substituted by one or more hydroxyl or hydroxyl esterified by optionally saturated 16-30C fatty acid (OCORba with Rba having 16-30C)) or group of formula (R2a-NR-CO-R1a-); R : H or 1-10C hydrocarbyl, optionally mono or polyhydroxylated; R1a, R2a : 9-30C hydrocarbyl, where R1a is divalent radical; R3 : H, optionally saturated 16-27C hydrocarbyl, or -CH 2-CHOH-CH 2-OR6; R6 : saturated 10-26C hydrocarbyl; and R4 : H or optionally saturated 14-42C hydrocarbyl or 1-26C alpha-hydroxyalkyl, where the hydroxyl group being optionally esterified with 16-30C an alpha-hydroxy acid.
