PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat solidifying agent capable of solidifying an oil and fat even when constituent fatty acids of an emulsifier substantially contain no fatty acids having 20 or more carbon atoms.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil and fat solidifying agent which comprises the following component A and component B. Component A: a sorbitan fatty acid ester comprising a fatty acid having 16 to 18 carbon atoms as a main constituting aliphatic acid and having an esterification ratio of 35% or more and less than 60% and Component B: a sorbitan fatty acid ester comprising a fatty acid having 16 carbon atoms as a main constituent fatty acid and having an esterification ratio of 60 to 85%.
