PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable noble metal colloid-including lamella structure dispersion that has an excellent moisture retaining action, physiological action of a noble metal colloid included and devisability.SOLUTION: The noble metal colloid-including lamella structure has a noble metal colloid included in a lamella structure comprising a fatty acid monoglyceride as a main constituent component.
