PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form and disperse a vesicle structure into water readily without using a specific preparation method, and to solve the problem in a conventional method, such as Bangham method or a method for dispersing at a high temperature using mechanical power, when constructing vesicle into water, in which industrialization is difficult since the conventional method requires using a large amount of organic solvents with health hazard concerns or a specific equipment.SOLUTION: A vesicle dispersion composition can construct and disperse a vesicle structure into water without using a specific organic solvent or machine by using a component (a) of β-branched monoalkyl phosphate ester, and a component (b) of one or more neutralizers selected from a basic amino acid, an organic base, and an inorganic base. The present invention also provides a cosmetic and an external preparation for skin containing the vesicle dispersion material.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来、水中にベシクルを構築する場合、バンガム法や高温で高機械力により分散させる方法などが用いられてきた。これらの方法では健康被害懸念のある有機溶剤を多量に使用したり、特殊な設備を必要とするため、工業化が困難であった。そこで、本発明では、特殊な調製方法を用いることなく、容易に水中にベシクル構造を形成、分散できることを課題とした。【解決手段】成分(a)β分岐型モノアルキルリン酸エステルと、(b)塩基性アミノ酸、有機塩基、無機塩基から選ばれる1種または2種以上の中和剤とを用いることで、特殊な有機溶剤や機械を用いることなくとも水中にベシクル構造を構築、分散させることができるベシクル分散組成物を見出し、さらに前記ベシクル分散物を含有する化粧料及び皮膚外用剤を提供することで、課題を解決するに至った。【選択図】なし
