PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect a gaze direction during use of a camera with a zoom function.SOLUTION: A gaze detection device 1 comprises: a pair of wide visual field cameras 10 for detecting three-dimensional positions of the eyes of an object person a narrow visual field camera 30 for imaging the eyes of the object person two light sources 33 arranged at different positions facing the object person and an image processor 40 which detects, based upon the image of the eyes picked up by the narrow visual field camera 30, coordinates of the pupils of the object person on the image and coordinates of two corneal reflections on the image, and calculates the direction of a gaze of the object person based upon coordinates of the pupils and coordinates of at least one of the two corneal reflections.
