PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of clearly checking how positioning of a measurement optical system for an eye to be examined is carried out and a state of the eye to be examined, and appropriately measuring characteristics of the eye to be examined by carrying out positioning quickly and accurately.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus 10 is composed of a measurement optical system 24 for acquiring information on an eye E to be examined, an image pick-up device 31g for acquiring an image E' of the anterior eye part of the eye E to be examined, a display unit 30 for displaying the image E' of the anterior eye part, cameras 40 and 41 for capturing an image of the anterior eye part of the eye E to be examined from different directions, and a driving mechanism 22 and a control unit 26 that move the measurement optical system 24 in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction. The control unit 26 calculates a movement amount in XYZ-directions of the measurement optical system 24 on the basis of three-dimensional position information on the eye E to be examined acquired on the basis of an image captured with the cameras 40 and 41, and causes the display unit 30 to display the image E' of the anterior eye part when controlling the driving mechanism and executing alignment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検眼に対する測定光学系の位置合わせの様子や被検眼の状態を明確に確認でき、位置合わせを迅速かつ高精度に行って、被検眼の特性を適切に測定できる眼科装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼科装置１０を、被検眼Ｅの情報を取得する測定光学系２４、被検眼Ｅの前眼部像Ｅ′を取得する撮像素子３１ｇ、前眼部像Ｅ′が表示される表示部３０、被検眼Ｅの前眼部を異なる方向から撮影するカメラ４０，４１、記測定光学系２４を鉛直方向及び水平方向に移動させる駆動機構２２及び制御部２６から構成する。制御部２６は、カメラ４０，４１で撮影した撮影画像に基づいて取得した被検眼Ｅの３次元の位置情報に基づいて、測定光学系２４ＸＹＺ方向への移動量を算出し、駆動機構を制御してアライメントを行っているときに、表示部３０に前眼部像Ｅ′を表示する。【選択図】図４
