PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately perform alignment processing on a measurement light optical system with a cornea vertex of a subject eye.CONSTITUTION: Provided is a non-contact tonometer S comprising a head part 7 for measuring a subject eye E, a drive mechanism 100 for moving the head part, and a drive control part 150. A reflection image of the subject eye E made off a cornea vertex T by a first light source 41 is captured by a first camera 43, and a reflection image at an iris 32 is captured by a second camera 44. The first light source 41 and the first camera 43 are disposed symmetrically with an angle α relative to an axis O1 of the head part 7 on a plane containing the axis O1. The second light source 42 and the second camera 44 are disposed symmetrically with an angle α relative to the axis O1 of the head part 7 on a plane containing the axis O1. The drive control part 150 controls the drive mechanism 100 on the basis of two pairs of reflection images to align the head part 7 with the cornea vertex T of the subject eye E.
