The hybrid scaffold (1, 5, 6, 10) regenerates human tissues by means of materials comprising fibroin and polyurethane, where the peripheral layers are in fibroin (2, 4, 2a, 4a, 2b, 4b, 2c, 4c) and one or more intermediate layers are in fibroin and polyurethane (3, 3a, 3b, 3c), the peripheral layers being suitable for interfacing with the tissues of the site of installation and the intermediate layers being suitable for conferring to the scaffold mechanical properties adequate to the stresses of the implantation site (Fig. 1).
