The present creation provides a hydrogel patch for joints comprising: (a) a polyurethane film layer (b) a pressure-sensitive gel layer (c) a meltblown nonwoven (d) a hydrogel and (e) a cross-linked network polymer, wherein the polyurethane film layer and the pressure-sensitive gel layer are in a nail shape or "T" shape to let the hydrogel patch capable of fitting all kinds of joints.
