A water level in the first housing matches a water level in the water storage tank. The superheated vapor generation device includes a second electric heater and a second housing accommodating the second electric heater. At least a part of the second housing is located in an interior of the heating furnace. The hot vapor generation and the superheated vapor generation device are accommodated in the casing.
