PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic synthetic resin film capable of promoting the growth of crops in cold time, not inhibiting the growth of weak vegetables, etc., in high temperature time, and capable of preventing high temperature damages and high light irradiation damages. CONSTITUTION: This film comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic synthetic resin (e.g. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) and (B) 0.005-0.4 pt.wt. of a ferric phthalocyanin compound of the formula containing 4.5-5.9wt.% of chlorine, and has an all light transmittance of 50-89%. The thickness of the film is preferably 20-300μm. The addition of 4-10 pts.wt. of silicon dioxide, glass fine powder, etc., as a filler is preferable, because the steep changes of the outer air temperature can be moderated. When an UV absorber is compounded, the UV absorber is preferably compounded in an amount of 0.2-2 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component A.
