PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl chloride-based resin film for agriculture which is improved in resistance against brittle fracture at a low temperature, has no blocking between the films when used on a side ventilation part and realizes smooth opening and closing without impairing transparency and weatherability of the film and to obtain a polyvinyl chloride-based resin composition. SOLUTION: This polyvinyl chloride-based resin film for agriculture is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. of a polyvinyl chloride-based resin with 1-10 pts.wt. of an ABS resin of which the butadiene content is 10-40 wt.% and 30-60 pts.wt. of a plasticizer. A polyvinyl chloride-based resin composition is also provided.
