In the present invention there is disclosed a microprocessor safety system, applicable in particular to the field of railway transportation, which system monitors and controls actuators (ACT) as a function of input data (DE) provided by sensors (CP). The invented system is characterized in that it comprises at least two parallel arranged microprocessors (P1, P2) the inputs of which are connected via an analog-to-digital converter (A/N1) to output of analog input data (DE) provided by the sensors (CP) and the analog outputs (R1, R2) are connected to a control microprocessor (P3) for comparing and verification the outputs (R1, R2).
