The wireless network controller is configured to compare an access permission of the user equipment to an access condition of a wireless network cell associated with the requested network service, and if the access permission of the user equipment does not comply with the access condition of the wireless network cell associated with the requested network service, suppress the requested network service such that the network service is not performed.
