COMPOSITION OF FLOWERPOT HAVING FUNCTION OF CULTURE SOIL, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FLOWERPOT HAVING FUNCTION OF CULTURE SOIL USING THEREOF AND FLOWERPOT HAVING FUNCTION OF CULTURE SOIL PREPARED BY THE SAME
PURPOSE: A method of making a flower pot for culture soil with high moisture levels is provided to play various roles such as a flower pot and culture soil using charcoal and dolomite as a solid firming agent, a liquid curing agent and an inorganic material extract. CONSTITUTION: A method of making a flower pot for culture soil comprises the following steps. Charcoal of 45-65 by weight% is mixed with dolomite of 10-20 by weight% and a solid firming agent of 10-20 by weight%, and a liquid curing agent of 10-20 by weight% is mixed with inorganic material extracts of 5-10 by weight% to make the composition of the flower pot for culture soil. The composition is put into a mold. After the mold is removed, the composition remains in nature. The solid firming agent is made of pulverized calcium sulfoaluminate. The liquid curing agent is changed to lithium silicate which is made from a mixed substance from lithium silicate of 80-90 by weight% and an acryl emulsion group polymer of 10-20 by weight% and agitated for 30-40 minutes. The inorganic extracts are mixed with red clay of 49-53 by weight%, enterolith of 12-16 by weight%, calcium carbonate of 15-19 by weight%, calcium hydroxide of 6-10 by weight%, calcium nitrate of 4-8 by weight% and calcium oxide of 2-6 by weight%. After this process, the extracts are made into powder. The powdered inorganic extracts of 0.5-2 by weight% is mixed with water of 98-99.5 by weight% for 2-4 hours and dipped into water for 23-25 hours.본 발명은 배양토 겸용 화분의 조성물, 이를 이용한 배양토 겸용 화분의 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 배양토 겸용 화분에 관한 것으로, 참숯 45~65중량%, 백운석 10~20중량%, 고상 고화제 10~20중량%, 액상 경화제 10~20중량% 및 무기질 추출수 5~10중량%를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 배양토와 화분의 역할을 동시에 수행할 수 있고, 참숯 및 백운석이 고상 고화제, 액상 경화제 및 무기질 추출수에 의해 고착화되어 있어 화분이 넘어져도 주변을 지저분하게 하지 않는 장점이 있고, 함수성이 우수하고 화초에 마그네슘을 공급하여 화초의 성장을 촉진하는 효과가 있으며, 공기와 바로 접촉하므로 배양토 겸용 화분 내에 있는 수분이 공기 중으로 이동되어 가습효과가 뛰어나며, 참숯이 공기에 직접적으로 노출되므로 탈취효과 및 전자파 차단 효과가 매우 우수하다.
