PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol product allowing spreading its sprayed objects over a large area and preventing the application surface from overly cooling while maintaining adherence of the application surface by forming a planar freezing object on the application surface, and a method of spraying the aerosol product.SOLUTION: The aerosol product is made by filling an aerosol component consisting of water-based stock solution of 5-50 wt.% and liquefied gas of 50-95 wt.%. The water-based stock solution and the liquefied gas are emulsified. A spraying angle of the aerosol composition is 18-60 degrees with a spraying orifice of the aerosol product as an original point.
