PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol composition ejected in a flowable state such as foam, gel and paste and frozen with time, or an aerosol composition ejected as a frozen product, and to provide an aerosol product containing the aerosol composition.
SOLUTION: The aerosol composition comprises an aqueous stock solution containing a surfactant and a water-soluble polymer, and a liquified gas, wherein the aqueous stock solution contains <3 wt.% 2-3C monohydric alcohol, the ratio of the aqueous stock solution to the liquified gas is from 50/50 to 10/90 (weight ratio), the aqueous stock solution and the liquified gas are emulsified and the aerosol composition is frozen when ejected or after ejected.
