PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of retort, canned and frozen foods using whole parts of Korean beef and medicinal herbs as main ingredients, thereby enhancing the yield and lowering production costs. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of foods using whole parts of only Korean beef and medicinal herbs as main ingredients is composed of mixing stock of whole parts of Korean beef except for blood, liver and some internal organ with medicinal herbs. The foods involve not additives but korean sesame oil, and they are processed in a type of retort, canned and frozen foods.
