CONSTITUTION: A controlling method of a kimchi refrigerator comprises the following steps: checking the selection of an aging mode of the refrigerator； changing the initial internal temperature of the refrigerator into the pre-fixed temperature； and detecting the internal temperature inside the refrigerator.본 발명은 김치 냉장고에 김치통 투입시 김치 온도를 정확하게 측정하기 위하여 김치 냉장고가 운전중인 모드에서 소정 온도까지 고내 온도를 강제로 도달하게 한 다음 일정 시간 대기 후 김치통 온도를 측정하는 것이다.
