PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibroblast migration promoter which is useful for novel and quick healing of a wound, or an external preparation composition or a pharmaceutical composition for healing a wound.SOLUTION: This invention relates to: a fibroblast migration promoter containing a natural and safe plant: Citrus Tamurana form Orange Hyuganatu extract as an active ingredient or an external preparation composition or a pharmaceutical composition containing the fibroblast migration promoter.
