SOLUTION: A claw of a fish and shellfish collecting tool has a base portion 1a extending in a first direction, a bent portion 1c that changes direction so as to extend from a first direction to a second direction, and an action portion extending from the bent portion in a second direction. An elastic metal wire 1 having 1d, a fixing part for attaching and fixing to the fish and shellfish collecting tool, and a buffer for supporting the elastic metal wire with respect to the fixing part so as to buffer the movement of the elastic metal wire with respect to the fixing part.
