PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in performing treatment or the like by quantum energy.SOLUTION: A quantum, such as a photon, an electron, a quark, and a neutrino, is irradiated to a SIM card 3 in a predetermined cycle to transfer a quantum 32, and the SIM card 3 is mounted to a portable information terminal 2 with a liquid crystal screen 21 mounted thereon. Then, energy of the quantum 32 is given to the liquid crystal screen 21 to cause the SIM card 3 and fine particles (atomic nucleus) of liquid crystal to resonate by energization of the portable information terminal 2, and quantum energy 22 is radiated outside from the liquid crystal screen 21. Thus, when a creature is exposed to the radiated quantum energy 22, tissue is activated, and it is possible, for example, to promote blood circulation of an animal, and enhance a healing effect of an affected part. Also, since the SIM card 3 is only quantized, it is much easier than the quantization of the portable information terminal 2 itself, and the SIM card 3 can be mounted to an arbitrary electronic apparatus to improve convenience in this way.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】量子エネルギーによる治療などを行うにあたって、利便性を向上する。【解決手段】ＳＩＭカード３に、光子、電子、クウォーク、ニュートリノ等の量子を予め定める周期で照射して量子３２を転写しておき、そのＳＩＭカード３を、液晶画面２１を搭載する携帯情報端末２に装着する。すると、携帯情報端末２の通電により、量子３２のエネルギーが液晶画面２１に与えられて該ＳＩＭカード３と液晶の微粒子（原子核）とが共振し、液晶画面２１から量子エネルギー２２が外部へ放射される。これによって、放射された量子エネルギー２２を生物が浴びた時、組織を活性化し、たとえば動物の血行を促進したり、患部の治癒効果を高めたりすることができる。また、ＳＩＭカード３を量子化するだけであるので、携帯情報端末２自体を量子化するのに比べて極めて容易であり、任意の電子機器に装着できる。こうして、利便性を向上できる。【選択図】図１
