To this end, the cup ice cream comprises: a cup-shaped ice-cream container having an accommodation space for storing the ice cream an edible absorber interposed between the ice cream and the bottom of the ice cream container so as to provide coldness to the ice cream and liquid nitrogen fixed to the edible absorber.
