The present invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine wine, which comprises, by weight, 8-10 parts of sambucus williamsii, 5-6 parts of sambucus chinensis lindl, 5-6 parts of mimosa pudica, and 100-500 parts of a wine, and is used for effective treatment of varicosis, knee degradation and ligamentous rupture. With the traditional Chinese medicine wine of the present invention, common diseases such as rheumatism, traumatic injuries, bone spur, varicosis, knee degradation and the like can be effectively treated in a short time. The present invention further relates to a method for preparing the traditional Chinese medicine wine.
