The present invention relates to a composition containing phosphatidylserine as an active ingredient, deemed as dietary supplement composition, for preventing or diminishing an aging and wrinkles of the skin caused by ultraviolet rays. The compound according to the present invention enables phosphatidylserine to activate PPAR alpha in the skin tissue cells and thus can prevent skin wrinkles from being formed by an external stimulus to the skin such as UV light and diminish the generated wrinkles.본 발명은 포스파티딜세린을 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물로서, 자외선에 의해 생성되는 피부 노화와 주름 방지 또는 개선용 건강기능 식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 상기 조성물은 포스파티딜세린이 피부 내 조직세포의 PPAR 알파를 활성화함으로써 자외선과 같은 피부 외부자극으로부터 피부 주름이 생성되는 것을 방지하고, 생성된 주름을 개선하는 효과가 있다.
