PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new preparation for enhancing the production of aquaporin which is an important factor for preventing and ameliorating drying and aging of the skin caused by ultraviolet rays or aging.SOLUTION: The aquaporin production enhancing agent includes plant extracts of at least one or more kinds selected from Eisenia bicyclis, Eisenia arborea, Cymbopogon citratus and Melissa officinalis as active ingredients.
