PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an art that is the art in which a foreign taste is not imparted to a dietary product and only saltiness can be specifically reinforced, and in which application can be performed by low cost without forcing a complicated operation.SOLUTION: A subcritical water treatment object is obtained by that a solid content that is obtained after cereal is performed by saccharification treatment is performed by subcritical water treatment in a high temperature high pressure condition of temperature of 140-180°C and pressure of 0.36-12.5 MPa and in a condition in which water becoming a subcritical state is contacted for at least one minute.
