More specifically, the present invention comprises: a water tank part in which water is contained, wherein the water tank part includes a plurality of penetration elements formed in an upper surface, a supply protrusion formed at an upper portion of a lateral surface to receive water, a plurality of supply elements penetrating the inside and the outside such that the water from the supply protrusion is supplied to the inside, and a plurality of water level control elements formed in a length direction below the supply protrusion to control the water level through the opening and closing of stopper; a wick part including a plurality of wick poles and a plurality of wicks, wherein the wick pole is formed in a semi-circular pole shape of which upper and lower portions taper to have sharpen shapes, includes a catching protrusion formed on the external circumference to hang on the penetration element and insertion elements formed at the upper and lower portions to be coupled to the penetration element, and wherein the wick is inserted into the insertion element while crossing the insertion element; a bed soil part which is filled with bed soil and disposed above the water tank part, wherein a lower portion of the bed soil part is penetrated by the wick part; and a port part which is formed in a cone shape and positioned passing through an upper portion of the bed soil part, wherein a plurality of first root grooves are formed in an external circumference of the port part.
