PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an examinee himself/herself to perform a simplified examination and to determine both tendencies of the cardiac disease and the vascular disease of the examinee.SOLUTION: In a simplified blood flow examination device 200, a pulse wave acquiring section 210 acquires information including waveform of a pulse wave from a fingertip pulse wave sensor 100 that measures the pulse wave flowing the blood vessel of an examinee, and a disease tendency identifying section 220 identifies both tendencies of the cardiac disease and the vascular disease of the examinee on the basis of a waveform shape of the pulse wave.
