PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vascular disease inspecting instrument and a by-passed vessel diagnostic instrument which can inspect and diagnose a vascular disease such as arterial occlusion, etc., by calculating characteristic values such as blood flow velocity waveform, a blood pressure waveform, or a blood flow rate.SOLUTION: Blood flow velocity or blood pressure at an objective site on a human body is measured and the measurement signals thereof are supplied to this vascular disease inspecting instrument 1. The measurement signals are converted to digital signals at an A/D converting part 2 and temporarily stored in a memory part 3. A waveform analyzing part 4 calculates characteristic values of blood flow velocity waveform (or blood pressure waveform) and displays the obtained values on an output part 5. As the characteristic values, time constant, Fourier transform value, differential value, integral value, rising/ falling time, and sharpness, or rising inclination are used. Because characteristic values of a blood flow velocity waveform (or blood pressure waveform) are shown as numerical values, inspection/diagnosis can be accurately done.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 血流速波形又は血圧波形又は血流量の特徴量を求めることで、動脈閉塞等の血管疾患を検査・診断することのできる血管疾患検査装置およびバイパス血管診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】 人体の目的部位の血流速又は血圧を測定し、その測定信号を血管疾患検査装置1へ供給する。測定信号はA/D変換部2でデジタル信号へ変換され、メモリ部3に一時記憶される。波形解析部4は、血流速波形(又は血圧波形)の特徴量を求め、求めた特徴量を出力部5に表示させる。波形の特徴量としては、時定数,フーリエ変換値,微分値,積分値,立上り・立下り時間、先鋭度又は立上りの傾きを用いる。血流速波形(又は血圧波形)の特徴量が数値として示されるので、検査・診断を的確に行うことができる。
