The present invention relates to a method of purifying fucoxanthin of hincksia mitchellea into micro particles, in which an ultrasonic solvent extraction method, a twice normal-phase column chromatography method, and a supercritical anti-solvent precipitation method are combined to purify fucoxanthin of hincksia mitchellea for being prepared into micro particles.
