To reduce a number of components, reduce component cost and assembly time and make a width of whole vehicle narrow for making a compact vehicle, and cool a change gear.SOLUTION: A plurality of ribs 32 provided in a separated state along a circumferential direction between an outer peripheral part 30 of a following pulley 26 and a connection boss 31 of a center part, hold rigidity of a following pulley 26 and achieve blow to a change gear 19 side by rotation of the ribs 32.
