PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device for working vehicles, including a tractor which is excellent in operability for operators and whose most suitable transmission position is selected.
SOLUTION: A controller 100 of the transmission device includes a gear shift (low speed, for instance) of a specific sub-transmission device C selected at the previous starting time and stored in a memory 100a when running is started newly in resuming work after stopping a vehicle and an on-starting transmission position setting section 100b so that the vehicle can be started with a gear shift (third speed, for instance) of a specific main transmission device (this situation is selected by a driver and by keeping this situation in the memory, the main transmission becomes the third speed when the sub-transmission is selected to low speed manually at the time of the next starting work). Thus, transmission suitable to the capability of an operator at the time of starting can be set and a burden in the transmission can be reduced.
