摘要：: The present invention provides novel pladienolide pyridine compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds, and methods for using the compounds as therapeutic agents. These compounds may be useful in the treatment of cancer, particularly cancers in which agents that target the spliceosome and mutations therein are known to be useful.本發明提供新穎的普拉二烯內酯吡啶化合物、含有該等化合物之醫藥組合物及使用該等化合物作為治療劑之方法。該等化合物可用於治療癌症，特定而言已知靶向剪接體及其中之突變之藥劑有用之癌症。
