The present invention relates to a perfume composition which contains at least one selected from the group consisting of (-)-mustakone, (+)-mustakone, and a mixture thereof, and which is to be added to a food and a beverage. As a result of the addition of the perfume composition to a food and a beverage, fruit pulp-like flavor, fruit juice-like flavor, or matured flavor can be provided or enhanced.
