PURPOSE: An antibiotics composition against pathogenic microorganism is provided to be used as an antibiotics for pig, cow, sheep, chicken, or horse without side effects. CONSTITUTION: An antibiotics composition against Enterotoxigenic E. coli, Burkholderia sp., Pantoea agglomerans, or Haemopillus parsuis contains Piper sarmentosum Roxb or plant extract thereof as an active ingredient. The plant extract is isolated using an organic solvent. The organic solvent is methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ether, or acetone. The composition is used for preventing or treating respiratory disease, porcillis glasser, or E.coli infection.
