The present invention provides a manufacturing method of an antimicrobial raw material, regarding an antimicrobial raw material using a Sedum takevimense NAKAI. extract. In addition, the antimicrobial raw material manufactured with the method composed of a safe food and a food additive, has preservative effects by being added to wet tissue, cosmetics, or household items.본 발명은 섬기린초 추출물을 이용한 항균 원료에 있어서, 상기 항균 원료는 a) 섬기린초 추출물 및 b) 유카 추출물, 비타민B1라우릴황산염, 소르빈산, 안식향산 및 이들의 혼합물 중 선택되는 1종 이상이 포함된 항균 원료의 제조방법을 제공한다. 또한, 상기의 방법으로 제조된 항균 원료는 안전한 식품 및 식품첨가물로 구성되었으며 물티슈, 화장품 또는 생활용품에 첨가되어 방부효과를 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
